Job Summary:

Skilled AI Developer with expertise in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and others. The ideal candidate will have experience customizing and developing AI solutions that securely and effectively utilize company confidential data. This role will involve creating 'wrappers' for front-end applications to streamline AI integration and ensure accurate, efficient results. The AI Developer will also collaborate with internal teams and third-party developers when required to build out systems. Developed solutions should be scalable across the company to meet the different needs of departments, divisions, and even affiliate companies.

Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement AI solutions using existing LLM environments, including but not limited to Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and OpenAI.
  • Customize and fine-tune AI models to meet the specific needs of Yates Construction.
  • Write and maintain 'wrappers' for front-end applications to prompt AI platforms for optimal performance.
  • Ensure the secure handling and processing of company confidential data within AI models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and third-party developers as needed to build out and enhance AI systems.
  • Developed solutions should be scalable across the company to meet the different needs of departments, divisions, and even affiliate companies.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI and machine learning technology advancements.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members on AI tools and applications.
